Turns out, just about every cable you can find that is USB-C on one end and HDMI on the other goes the opposite direction that you need it to in order to get a second monitor up and running on your M1 Mac Mini.īut with some trial and error, I was able to get it work. If you have an HDMI monitor you want to hook up to your M1 Mac Mini, that’s pretty straightforward.
